Leading from the entrance hall, the lounge area has two comfy chairs in front of a flame effect stove - nearly all the looks of an open fire, but with none of the hassle! A grandfather clock ticks peacefully in the corner of the dining area. There is digital reception colour TV, video and CD/radio/tape player.

Bedroom

One step up from the hall, the bedroom has a comfortably firm double bed with pretty Dorma Winter Rose duvet cover and matching curtains. There is fitted bedroom furniture for storage and a lovely view from the window.

The bathroom has a traditional white bathroom suite, including WC, full-sized wash basin and bath with screen and electric shower over.

The apartment has all windows double-glazed and heating is by sensor-controlled stoage heaters. It is extremely cosy year-round.
